The BID is seeking a creative and energetic individual to serve as the organization’s Events & Activations Manager. This role is responsible for managing and supporting a diverse portfolio of experiences ranging from outdoor community programming and festivals, placemaking and sponsor activations, stakeholder receptions, and business gatherings.

We are searching for college students or recent graduates who are passionate about placemaking and fostering vibrant communities particularly through art, economic development, events, marketing, and transportation initiatives. As a member of the 2026-2027 cohort, interns will gain meaningful experience and build professional skills in a fun, innovative, and inclusive environment while working on impactful projects and gaining hands-on experience supporting the BID’s mission to make National Landing a vibrant, urban downtown.
Help shape the narrative of the community through content creation, storytelling, and leading digital campaigns. Your work will spotlight local businesses, the public realm, and will help strengthen the BID’s identity.
Support the behind-the-scenes systems and on-the-ground coordination that keep the district running smoothly.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the local economy by supporting business outreach, data collection, and research efforts.
