More than 10,000 public parking spaces are available throughout National Landing, in garages and on the street.

Parking Around Met Park
Met Park offers two on-site garages with entrances are on South Elm Street and 13th Street. During the week, rates apply, with free parking after 4PM. On weekends, garage parking around Met Park is free for the first three hours.

Parking Around Water Park
Ample parking is available across the street from Water Park at 1550 Crystal Dr. From 4PM-6AM on weekdays, and all day on weekends and federal holidays, the garage parking rate is $3 for the first hour, with a maximum of $6 for stays exceeding one hour.

Easy Airport Access
National Landing is one of the only urban neighborhoods in the world within walking distance to an airport. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is just five minutes away by car, Metro, or bike, and as little as 15 minutes by foot.
In addition, Dulles International Airport is accessible via a car or Metro ride.

12th Street Transitway Extension Schedule
Find out more →During construction, 12th Street South between South Fern Street and South Eads Street will be closed to vehicles. Sidewalk and garage access to businesses and residences will remain open. Crews installed on the perimeter of the work zone for crew and community safety.
The project team is coordinating with JBG Smith as they conduct sidewalk improvements in front of The Bartlett apartments on 12th Street South.
Work hours for this project are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
