Met Park is open daily from sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.
Parking garages are located in the Amazon buildings; 525 14th Street South, Arlington, VA 22202 and 510 14th Street South, Arlington, VA 22202. Entrances to the garages are on South Elm Street and 13th Street. Garage parking is free for the first three hours on Saturdays and Sundays, and then regular rates apply. Regular rates are $6 for 1 hour, $11 for 2 hours, and $21 daily rates
Metered street parking is available on surrounding roads including on S. Elm Street, 15th Street South, and South Eads Street. Metered parking rates are $2.20/hour with max parking timeframes ranging from 2 hours to 4 hours.
Met Park is an approximately a 7-minute walk from Pentagon City Metro, or a 10-minute walk from the Crystal City Metro Station.
Capital Bikeshare stations within a short walk of Metropolitan Park are also plentiful and limited bike parking is also available in the area. Check out other car-free transportation options here.

Yes, public restrooms are available in the southwest quadrant of the park, next to Toby’s Ice Cream and the small and large dog runs. They are open from 7AM to 7PM.
Yes. Met Park features two off leash Dog Runs. Dogs must be leashed when visiting any other part of Met Park. Dogs are not allowed in the Children’s Garden. Please be a courteous neighbor, and clean up after your pets.
