    By incentivizing purchases at small and independent businesses, Open Rewards drives foot traffic and repeat customers. Merchants benefit from increased visibility and zero-cost participation.

  • Why should I support local businesses in the National Landing BID?

    When you shop locally in National Landing, you're doing more than making a purchase; you’re investing in your community. Every dollar spent helps small businesses thrive and keeps the neighborhood unique and vibrant.

  • What is the cash back percentage for each purchase I make?

    Each qualifying purchase earns 10% cashback (5% from Arlington County’ BizLaunch and 5% from National Landing BID). Cashback rates increase to 15% during heritage months (e.g., AANHPI, Hispanic Heritage, Black History, Women’s History, PRIDE, and others) and additional promotions throughout the year. In addition to cashback rewards, select purchases may be eligible for vouchers, with amounts determined in coordination with specific events or promotional campaigns.
