Increasingly Younger & More Diverse

National Landing’s resident population has stabilized at 28,000 after growing 10% in just a year's time from 2024 to 2025 – a record period of post-COVID residential unit delivery. The area has also grown younger with the median age being 34, down from 35. National Landing also remains diverse with 51% of residents identifying as a person of color. 

National Landing’s highly educated resident base presents a strong local talent pool that renders an annual median income of $128,000, up 1.4% from last year. With a balanced mix of uses highlighted by the 1.4 worker to resident ratio, National Landing supports strong daytime activity and an 18-hour, mixed-use environment.
