Housing Market

Positive Multi-Family Leasing & Net Absorption

Over 4,700 new rental apartment units are under construction or have been delivered since Amazon’s 2018 announcement, including those at Altaire, The Whitmer, The Clark, The Sur, Sage, The Milton, The Grace and Reva, Hazel, Azure, The Zoe, Valen, and Crystal House. National Landing is the proud home of over 1,100 committed affordable units and anticipates the delivery of additional deeply affordable units at Melwood and Crystal House in the coming years.

National Landing welcomed over 1,700 new units in 2024, making it a record year for residential unit delivery in recent history. Following a slight dip in overall occupancy due to the flood to the market, National Landing has experienced both positive leasing activity and net absorption for Class A product - a testament to the area’s strong housing demand and growing appeal.
