With over 5,500 hotel rooms, National Landing is the largest DMV hotel hub outside of Downtown DC. National Landing's hospitality market remains resilient amidst uncharacteristic market uncertainties. Local hoteliers' steady focus on group travel, trade events, and destination marketing is paying off. Year-over-year revenue per room is positively trending and faring well among peer districts.

National Landing continues to diversify its offerings while remaining affordable at roughly $90 cheaper than Downtown DC per night during the peak season. In May, Westin Crystal City celebrated its re-opening after renovations; in September 2025, boutique hotel, AC Hotel Arlington National Landing, opened; and 344 hotel rooms at 2100 Crystal Drive, an office conversion supported by Arlington County’s Commercial Market Resiliency Initiative, is under construction.
